At DUER, we believe in our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you experience any issues with your jeans or any other Duer products within the first year of purchase, we will happily cover the cost to repair or replace the garment with any manufacturer’s defects or approved damages. In line with our sustainability goals, we will prioritize repairing over replacements where it makes sense. 

 

What is Covered 

  • Gusset failure 
  • “Shredding” of fabric 
  • Pilling 
  • Seams splitting 
  • Leather or synthetic patches stitching failure 
  • Discolouration 
  • Zipper failure 
  • Rivets, tacks, or snap closure failure 
  • Belt loops 
  • Out-of-tolerance bagging out and shrinkage 

 

What is NOT Covered 

  • Warranty replacement items are not eligible for a second replacement
  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse or by accident or negligence including stains 
  • Buttons (additional buttons are included on products) 
  • Failure to follow wash and care instructions listed on all products resulting in fading or shrinkage 
  • Damage caused by rips, cuts, or tears 
  • Burns and abrasions 
  • Normal wear and tear

Any damages or warranty requests outside the first year of initial purchase can be repaired for a fee at any of our DUER stores. 

Garments must be clean and laundered by the customer before we can proceed with any repairs. Repairs include zippers, gussets, tears/holes, leather patches, pocket bags, string belts and belt loops. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for repairs. We work with local tailors near our DUER stores so we want to give them time to do their best work!
