What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy in our pants.

Regular priced items can be returned or exchanges within thirty days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.

All sale items are final sale.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are assessed on case by case basis. 

Only items that have been purchased directly from DUER can be returned to us. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

How do I return an item I purchased online?

Inside your order you’ll find a prepaid return shipping label. Please notify us (contactus@dishandduer.com) if you’d like to make a return or exchange, and then use this label to mail your goods back via UPS. Once we receive your item(s), you’ll be refunded entirely.* Easy, right?!

*All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis by our team and subject to rejection if items are not returned in their original condition.

*A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your return. In the event of an exchange, this charge is waived.

Do you cover the charges for return shipping?

We offer Free Standard Shipping* on all orders over $100.00 before tax, and Free Returns* on all full-priced orders regardless of order value. Sale items are final sale.

*Free Standard Shipping is only applicable when shipping to an address in Canada or the United States.

*We do not accept returns on any orders shipped outside of Canada or the United States.

How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and assessed by our Customer Service team, a refund will be issued to your original payment tender. You can expect to see this refund within ten business days, depending on your financial institution.

How do I return an online order I picked up in store?

Although the same thirty day policy still applies, the return process for an in store pick up is a bit different!

 We ask that you return the item you picked up in store back to the store, within thirty days from the date of order arrival (don’t worry, our retail team will call you when your order arrives.)

 When returning or exchanging, please have your invoice available.
