DesignTO Contest Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The DesignTO Contest is sponsored by Pimlico Performance Apparel Ltd. and runs between January 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST and January 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST (“End Time”) to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. DUER may, in its sole discretion, extend the End Time for the Contest. Entries received after the End Time may be disqualified by DUER at its sole discretion.
The selected entrants will be notified by email by 6:00 PM EST on January 17, 2025. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within two (2) days of selection, if there is a return of any Grand Prize notification as undeliverable, or if the selected entrant fails to comply with any of the foregoing, that selected entrant will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
PRIZE INFORMATION:
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of:
- Access for 2 people (you and a friend) to the DesignTO Launch Party on January 24, 2025.
- $400 In-Store Shopping Spree at DUER.
- Total prize value: Up to $500.
The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the contest, an entrant must opt-in to receive email offers and updates from DUER.
All entries must be submitted by January 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST (“End Time”).
Website tracking determines the date and time of entry. DUER (the “Sponsor”) is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost, delayed, or corrupted data transmission, line failures of any network or telephone, or inability to access the website.
CONTEST RELEASE:
The winner will be required to execute a legal declaration and release agreement (“Release”) that confirms the winner’s:
- Eligibility for the contest and compliance with these rules.
- Acceptance of the prize as offered.
-The contest is open to legal residents of Toronto, Ontario who have reached the age of majority in Ontario as of date of entry.
- Release of the Sponsor and related parties from any liability for damages, loss, or injuries arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.
- Permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and biography in any publicity or advertisement without further notice or compensation.
The executed Release must be returned within two (2) business days of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to:
- Abide by the contest rules and decisions of the Sponsor.
- Release and indemnify the Sponsor and affiliates from any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time due to factors affecting its proper conduct. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries. Automated entries or entries using bots/scripts will be disqualified.
Eligibility is limited to one entry per person. The contest is open to residents of Toronto GTA, Canada only. This is a 19+ event.
