Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator at DUER supports the planning and execution of initiatives across retail and wholesale selling channels, with a strong focus on wholesale sell-in support and marketing, new DUER store openings, and events and regional community activations. Reporting to the North America Marketing Manager, this role partners closely with Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing Channel Teams to bring brand and product moments to life in-market for our retail stores and key wholesale accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail & Wholesale Support

Partner with the North America Marketing Manager to help develop annual wholesale and retail marketing strategies and tactics.

Own end-to-end briefing for wholesale creative assets, translating Sales Team and Key Account needs into seasonal catalogues, training decks, POP materials, sales tools, and more in collaboration with Creative Services.

Support the development of creative briefs and retail assets, including new store opening POP, event materials, and branded retail collateral (e.g., business cards, tablecloths, etc.).

Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across retail and wholesale channels.

Prepare weekly and monthly Retail KPI reports, highlighting retail store performance in relation to planned marketing initiatives.
Event Support

Own the coordination and execution of New DUER Store Opening events and activations in collaboration with Store Teams and the North America Marketing Manager.

Support planning and execution of retail events and wholesale tradeshows and sales meetings, including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and occasional on-the-ground support.
Cross-Functional Support

Support influencer and affiliate product seeding initiatives, including coordination of product requests, shipping logistics, and tracking.
What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, and project management.

Experience working within a Retail environment and/or for Retail Brands is a plus.

Thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and change.

Highly organized and resourceful with strong project management, event planning, and executional skills.

Takes the initiative and can work independently while managing multiple priorities and timelines.

Strong communicator and ability to coordinate marketing initiatives in a highly cross-functional environment.

Strong foundational brand and marketing knowledge with a curiosity to learn and take on new challenges.

Willingness to support in-person events and store openings as needed.

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Valid driver’s license required for event support.

Valid passport and available for regional travel across Canada and the U.S. as required.
