These are great.
Not quite the stretch and soft feel as the tech fleece, but warm enough for me to bike to work in - 15C and not be too bothered. They feel a little more rugged, which is nice if the other denim is maybe too light for you.

Best fitting and most comfortable jeans I've owned
These jeans are solid on all levels. The fleece lining is built right into the denim so the jeans are not bulky and heavy like most lined pants. They are the perfect level of warmth. Not too hot indoors but warm outside in the cool damp air of Vancouver Island in winter. If you live on the westcoast you won't be disappointed with these slacks. 5'11" and 150 lbs and the slim 31/30's fit perfectly.
