This is the best denim jacket I've ever worn!
Alright. True confession here - I'm trying to mature my wardrobe a bit. I'm a dad and want something to put on so I can drive my teenagers to lessons, activities, etc. Up until now, my denim jackets have been cheap, very simple, made outside of the country, etc. But this jacket is great! It meets every standard and goes beyond them too.
1) Firstly, I love the black. It isn't washed with a white wash to look like jeans. It's solid black. It goes with any pants, including office attire, because it's solid black. The stitching doesn't leave threading exposed with white lines all over.
2) I love the collar, which is firm and sturdy and can stay up to keep it in front of the wind, rain, snow, etc.
3) I love the lining that keeps you warm between early and the end on winter. If you're like me and just running errands and being a chauffeur for your other family members, it's perfect! It's also soft. I started to wear mine in February.
4) The material is loose-fitting. Instead of a heavy stiff denim that fits tightly, this compliments. I can button it up and it keeps a flat form around my stomach and chest. It goes well on me!
5) Most importantly, it's Canadian. In March 2025, this is more important than it ever was for me. I'm very happy of my purchase!
