We want you to love our pants, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our pants.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

We've extended our return policy. If you make a purchase between November 1 and December 15, good news—you have until January 15th to make a return. For any purchases after December 15th, our normal 30 day return policy applies. Keep in mind, last chance items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  1. Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
  2. *Last Chance can be returned or exchanged for store credit in the form of an electronic gift card, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.
  3. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
  4. All international orders are a final sale.
  5. All orders with 3+ units that are returned are subject to an $8 return handling fee.
  6. DUER reserves the right to charge an $8 return handling fee on to any customer returns that are seen as fraudulent.
  7. All returns and exchanges are assessed on a case by case basis. Only items that have been purchased directly from DUER can be returned to us. (no third party retailer returns).

LAST CHANCE EXCHANGES

  1. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of an electronic gift card, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.
  2. These items are no longer coming back in stock, so once they are gone, they're gone.
