Provided you’re a Toronto or Vancouver resident, you can opt to pick up your order in store with no shipping charges regardless of order cost.
You can expect your order to be dispatched within 2-6 business days* of order placement. Once your order arrives, a member of our retail team will give you a call.

We strive to ship orders within two business days of order placement. On the occasion we cannot meet this deadline, you will be notified via email.
Orders & Product
Once your order has been successfully placed and your payment has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation that covers what you bought, order total, and method of payment.
To use your gift card on an online purchase, go to the checkout page and enter your unique gift card code.Any balance on your card can be redeemed on future purchases. If you would like to spend more than the balance on your card, you’ll need to use a second method of payment to cover the difference.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
You can use coupon codes by entering the code into the Gift Card/Coupon Code box at checkout. You are only allowed to use one coupon at a time.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy in our pants.
Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within thirty days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct $8 to cover shipping and restocking costs. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
All sale items are eligible for an exchange or return for merchandise credit only.
Please note that all returns and exchanges are assessed on case by case basis.
Only items that have been purchased directly from DUER can be returned to us. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.
Any orders from outside of North American are a final sale.
All regular priced merchandise (purchased beginning November 15th) will be eligible for a full refund, until December 31st. Any full-priced purchases from the above period returned between January 1st and January 31st will be honoured for an exchange or store credit only. We will not accept any merchandise returns from the holiday period after January 31st.
All sale items are a final sale, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
All full-priced items purchased with the Black Friday or Cyber Monday discount are eligible for these return and exchange terms. Any sale-priced items (before the Black Friday or Cyber Monday discount is applied) are final sale.
Our normal return and exchange policy applies; you have thirty days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund on all full price items only. Anything purchased on sale is a final sale.
Sale items are categorized as items that are hard marked, not items where a discount is applied. Anything purchased on Black Friday that is ALREADY on sale, remains a final sale. Any discount item is eligible for a refund or exchange.
We will gladly adjust the price of any items purchased within 7 days and that are now HARD MARKED sale. Please note once a price adjustment is applied your order becomes a final sale.
