This is a contract position for approximately 1 year, working hybrid from our head office in Vancouver.

This role will be on the front line of our Wholesale order operations working direct with our customers and our internal and external sales teams, reporting to the Dealer Service Manager.

The Candidate will have these responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and order entry for our Wholesale / B2B customers.
  • Provide high level of customer service across all assigned territories; specifically, through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to problem solve.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with retailers by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
  • Add new and ensure existing business partner contact details and addresses are set up accurately in ERP system.
  • Support in the execution of seasonal salesman sample distribution in close collaboration with the design team, order processing in ERP and communication with the sales reps.
  • Facilitate customer needs with pricing, UPC codes, vendor agreements, routing guides and ensure all departments are updated and abide by these regulations.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, example: order and booking terms.
  • Utilize all components of our B2B tool and report any inaccuracies to the Wholesale Tools Specialist including product availability, descriptions, images, sales programs, and seasonal catalogues.
  • Troubleshoot order issues and work with the Dealer Service Manager to resolve as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the warehouse and factory when any shipping errors or delays occur due to how the order was shipped or with the carrier.
  • Backup for holiday or sick leave for other Sales & Services team members; in particular, territory coverage / responding to retailer inquiries. This position is reporting to the Dealer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2- 3 years experience working in a customer facing order entry role.
  • University/College graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism with excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Advanced computer software skills including ERP, B2B systems and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to train and support team members on systems and procedures.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work and think independently as well as part of a team.

    This is a full-time 1-year contract role with a salary range of $45,000-$50,000.
